Lost Belgian Malinois at Westminster Town Center

My Belgian Malinois ran off from Petsmart in Town Center. He is circling that area and parking lot but I cannot find him. Animal Control has helped but can’t catch him. He will not come to anyone, he’s is too scared. He will run and I’m hoping he doesn’t run into traffic. Please call me if you spot him at . His name is Logan. He’s the fastest runner on the planet. His right ear does not stand up.
