mother needing help ASAP

I know it's a long shot, but I'm in a panic with no other options at this point.. I feel like the biggest piece of shit mom right now.. my check never came in the mail, it was supposed to be here the day before yesterday and today when I called they said it most likely was lost in transit.. if it doesn't show up within the week they would have to issue a new one 😡😭😭😭 just my luck!! I didn't sign up for any angel tree or any help because I thought I'd have my check by now and there's people who would need it more than we do.. But now I'm freaking out my boys have really nothing to open! AGES 8 & 11 Except a few little things I was able to fit in my purse at the store which I'm not proud of! And I'm definitely ashamed of myself but just trying to be honest! Anything helps at this point. Even if someone could point me in the right direction of resources I know it's late I know it's a long shot I've been crying all day.
