The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3650, ID Theft: 2021-3656, Aggravated Battery: On 12/23/21 at 2:41 p.m., deputies responded to the Kendall County Jail for a report of an aggravated battery between inmates. After investigation, Noah I. Rodriguez, a 24-year-old male from the 200 block of Fox Chase Drive North in Oswego, was charged with aggravated battery. Rodriguez remains in custody of the jail. 2021-3657, Theft of Motor Vehicle: On 12/23/21 at 2:43 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of U.S. Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a theft of motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3661, Hit and Run Traffic Crash: On 12/24/21 at 2:20 a.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Dolores Street in Oswego Township for a report of a hit and run traffic crash.
