Just ask airport passengers who arrived to find a friendly Paws 4 Passengers pooch waiting to greet them. Travelers flying over the holidays who have to deal with delayed or canceled flights, long lines, and worries about boarding on time, are happy to discover these friendly and calming dogs in airports around the country. Paws 4 Passengers is a non-profit organization that brings certified therapy dogs into airport terminals bringing smiles to passengers and creating a happier environment. Sheri Harwell of Paws 4 Passengers waited to pick up her mother at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and said to KOLO that therapy dogshelp bring calm to passengers who are nervous about flying. They also bring "warmth, love, and joy" to all people in the airport, she added. If you fly from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and other destinations, you may be delighted to find a certified therapy dog waiting in the airport terminal to greet you.
