Description
This has been a difficult decision for me to make, but my girl Winnie needs to find a new home. It is absolutely not any fault of her own, it's purely my ability to give her the time and attention she needs. I WILL BE PICKY about who she goes to, as I want the best for her. Her info- Name: Winnie Breed: Mini Lop Mix Color: Siamese Sable Age: app. 3 1/2 Litter box trained, and spayed to the best of my knowledge. Very sweet, although timid. She does, of course, have her sassy moments, but she's still a very good girl. Does not chew walls or baseboards, but she does have a tendency to dig at carpets, as well as chew power cords, as rabbits are prone to doing. Requirements for anybody interested- - knowledge of proper rabbit care. - a rabbit proofed space available. - access to a rabbit savvy vet. - she must be in a free roam set up. Preferably with access to the house or at least her own room, though an x-pen setup is acceptable as long as she gets daily time outside the pen. - a proper emergency protocol in case of illness (GI stasis especially) - indoor only- I will not allow her to be an outside rabbit She will come with all of her belongings. - x-pen - 2 vinyl floor protectors (one 5'x5' and one 3'x6') - 2 blankets - 2 litter boxes - carrier with towel - first aid supplies: syringes, critical care - 2 water bowls - 2 food bowls - 1 Niteangel wooden hay feeder - toys: baby boats, stacking cups, wicker basket, bundle of sticks, woven ring, and wicker ball - nail trimmers - her remaining care supplies: app. 1lb of her pellets (Oxbow Simple Harvest), app. 1lb of Oxbow treats, app. 15lbs of hay, app. 40lbs of Tractor Supply Pine Pellets for litter, app. 100 puppy pads for litter boxes She must be kept on the same pellets, or at least a good quality pellet (Oxbow, Sherwood, etc- NOT kaytee) Unlimited hay 1 cup of fresh greens and veggies daily If you are not familiar with rabbits, if she is your first rabbit, if she is your first pet, I will be very hesitant with choosing you. You must have done research on their care. I will be asking questions about your vet, your setup, your care, your experience, as well as pictures of where she will be. I know this is a lot of requirements, but I really want her to have a good home. She means the world to me and it breaks my heart that I have to rehome her, but I know she would be much happier with someone who can dedicate more time to her. There is a rehoming fee to ensure she will be going to a responsible home. Thank you for reading. Do not send me a code, I will not reply and will block that number.
