SECOND UPDATE - Black and Brown German Shepard with Red Collar

I deleted this last week because I saw the Haven Van in front of the house on Reservoir where I have seen this dog. I assumed they caught him and he was safe but they did not and he is still there. About three days ago, I called Haven and was told they are having a hard time catching it. Today 12/24 I saw it again in front of the house which is about six houses from Hartnell. I took food out but it was gone again. It still has a red collar on. If you see the dog, please call Haven at . They answer quickly and if busy you can leave a message. Thanks to the person who already called them.
