Last seen wearing a brown leather collar with a blue bow tie and a silver dog tag also has a blue calming collar. He is partially blind and hearing impaired due to his age. He was last seen on near Longmore and Isabella Ave. He is skittish of strangers so please do not chase. His name is Gotti.
