Kittens In Need Of Help

I have 4 kittens, they were dumped in front of a person's house. I took them in because his wife is severely allergic to cats and he couldn't keep them. They have health issues. Upper respiratory Infections and one of them looks blind. I can get them antibiotics on Monday from the vet, but I don't have a place for them or the time, I just wanted to help get them off this guy's hands. They will come with the kennel and the antibiotics I get them. Please, if anyone can take these babies, let me know. They are approximately 10 weeks old.
