Eugene Police say a search warrant was served on a tent in Washington Jefferson Street Park on Dec. 21. The tent belonged to Trevin Powell, 31, of Eugene, according to police. On Dec. 22, Powell was charged with four counts of second degree burglary, two counts of first degree aggravated theft, one count of first degree theft, and two counts of second degree criminal mischief. Detectives say they are continuing to follow up on several other burglaries.
