My dog Cappy went missing today (12/24/21). He's 15 years old and mostly deaf/blind. He's a pug mix, weighs 18 pounds, and is all black except for a grey muzzle. Unfortunately he was not waring his tags/collar, but he does have a microchip. I miss him terribly and I'm worried sick. REWARD!!! - Kim,
