Need help moving CATIO

Hello! We bought this (picture attached) a year or two ago and it works well. We have moved to a new house and we need to reconfigure the tunnel (different height). I can work with JGM pet doors to change around the door. The vendor is not responding, so I am looking for someone who may have some experience to help. I am flexible when it can be done, preferably before the 29th.
