Scared kitty

Description

Kitty needs home. Very sweet black cat in the rain. Cold and scared needs home, cries continously. ASPCA won't take as not sick or injured. If anyone in the Phoenix area knows someone who wants a kitty please let me know. I can't take her in as my dog does not like cats and I don't want to traumatized either of them. She has access to food, water, and a small pet carrier with pillow and blanket now, but she is not an outdoor car..she was someone's indoor that was abandoned and is not adjusting well. She loves cuddles and is very loving
