Missing Person. Please Help!

He hasnt been seen for almost 24 hours now. Will be filing a misaing persons report. Makes it a habit to runaway in a sense. He is 19 however his mentality is that of a 15 year old. We are so close to getting him the help he needs but we need to find him or he needs to come back to us. Most things he says is a lie, he just can't stop. Is a sweet kid though and we miss him dearly. Please if you have seen him message or comment. Last seen wearing the light blue jeans, blue/black striped shirt and black/grey hoodie (two pics below taken yesterday an hour before he disappeared). He goes by Jim or James. May be seen panhandling. Last seen on Skelly drive in West Tulsa. If you speak to him tell him Ashley needs him. Please send prayers 🙏
