7 kittens need help!

I have 7 kittens that are 3 weeks old. Their mother isn’t producing enough milk to keep up with them. I’ve tried feeding them myself with kmr but they wont eat enough.We have already lost an entire litter due to a different mother doing the same thing. I’m desperate to keep these babies alive. I seriously need help. If anyone has a mother cat that could foster these babies please let me know!
