I have a male Cockatiel for sale he is 3 1/2 years old, he talks he whistles he gives kisses. He is semi tame, he does not like to come out of his cage but will still greet you at his cage he is a sweetheart but just has a fear of coming out of the cage but when he is out he is so sweet. There is a rehoming fee of $100 OBO
