Lost Gray and white cat

Hello. We lost our cat for 4 days now. He's and indoor/outdoor cat and always comes home every day. He has a blue collar with a green shaped star name tag. The name tag has his name, our names and phone number. He's got green eyes, gray coat with white chin and chest plus 4 white paws. He's about 6 years old. Please let me know if you guys are able to do anything. Thank you.
