To all of you who post 100% negativity incessantly here,.. I hope you find peace and a way out of your anger soon. The chronic negativity that I see on display here is spectacular but not in a good way.
Chronic negativity is a mental disorder. Chronic anger is a learned behavior. A defense mechanism. It is a way that sensitive or fragile people cope with their own vulnerability.
Negativity is a mood that a person chooses. The same people can easily learn positivity to replace their negative thoughts. All it requires forming new habits of positive thoughts rather than negative thoughts.
Negativity and anger is a choice. You are choosing to live this way. If you become weary from your anger, you have the option to choose happy instead.
