Needs to have own Truck and Tools Consistent job - everyday - paid weekly or bi weekly Cash Needs to be able to be versatile : Electric - Basic Plumbing - Basic ( Installing toilets, fixing leaks) Dry Wall Painting Install fixtures Prepping Bays Roll up Doors Rekeying Door Latches and handles We have several warehouses and homes that need consistent maintenance
