I'm reaching out because I'm looking for a foster parent and/or eventually new family for my dog, Colton. Colton is 4 years year and has been with my family since he was 6 months old. He's pure joy in miniature form and is extremely loving, gentle yet playful, and loyal. He loves all humans, dog, and cats he interacts with. His ideal family/home would have kids that are looking for a fun addition to their home and are ready for the responsibility of having their first or second dog. We're giving Colton away because our family has ended up all over the country and no one is available to take care of him anymore. Due to my current work schedule, Colton is left being boarded too much for comfort. His only "bad habits" are that he doesn't trust skateboarders and will chase after one on the street and likes barking at the front door when he hears weird noises. It'll be sad to see Colton leave my family, but we do think this will the the best for him! I can set up a FaceTime or Zoom chat to meet his new potential family before setting up a face-to-face meet up. I don't have plans to give Colton up to a shelter. I will keep him until he finds his perfect next family. Thanks!
