An intention-setting meditation event where you’ll choose a word and have it embroidered on some clothes of your choice. Pause + Purpose has created a setting in which healthcare professionals and experts are able to provide therapy in a somewhat non-traditional format. Our professional staff includes psychologists, counselors, nutritionists, and the like, addressing issues such as postpartum depression, social anxiety, dietary challenges, and mourning, among others. Meditation is a tool our professionals use to offer their support. Our Reset event is a time for connection and encouragement—a place to come together safely. We’ve capped each group at 10 people so that there’s plenty of room to practice. Please join us on Saturday, January 8th to welcome in the new year with nourishing food, neighbors, meditation, time to reflect and set an intention, and inspiring gifts to start the year out right. Aware of our need for some grace after the busy holiday season, this brief pause allows for the chance to reset and reflect on the year behind and enter the new year full of gratitude. We’re hosting 5 groups of 10 throughout the day in 1.5 hour time slots.
