This healing sound bath with Dorothy Keiper will help you to be your own lighthouse, tapping into the energy of 2022! Bring your tea, your favorite journal, and pen as we connect with our soul and tap into the energy of the 2022. The practice will start with breath work, guided meditation, and soul journaling to begin tapping into and directing our energy. With our heightened self awareness and intentions for the coming year we will continue to commune with our souls we relax into the sound bath. These healing vibrations, sounds, and frequencies allow the energy of our intentions and divine wisdom to move through us. Reiki will be shared nearing the end of the sound bath (hands on or hands off) and sent throughout the practice. Soul Journaling is a powerful way to connect with your soul, get in touch with your intuition, and open yourself up to messages from your highest self. No prior experience is needed - just an open heart! A sound bath is a meditative relaxation journey. Crystal singing bowls, planetary gong, and tibetan bowls are tuned to your chakras (energy centers) helping to release any density and bring balance.
