The F45 Sprint is designed to help members reset after the holidays & kickstart those 2022 goals . Join us January 1, 2022 to get started. The F45 Sprint is included with an F45 Membership. F45 Unlimited members will have access to group and one on one coaching as well as added accountability via personal check-ins from team leaders. We are also kicking off our first ever Lionheart Heart Rate Monitor "Use It our Loose It Challenge".  The winner will receive a pair of Skullcandy Voice Control | Wireless | Sport Earbuds. Dig out your F45 Lionheart HRM and charge 'em up! Rules will be discussed at the meeting on January 1st. To attend the Kick Off Meeting on January 1st at 10:15 am please let us know you will attend by "purchasing a ticket". Join us in the studio and you'll receive an F45 Goodie Bag filled with items selected by your F45 Coaches to help you create healthful habits to start 2022 off with a BANG! If you are unable to attend the meeting in the studio you will be able participate via zoom. Please text the studio or speak to Nicole to receive your Zoom Meeting ID to attend.
