One day ServSafe Manager training and exam lead by a SJBPH restaurant inspector. Passing this test will allow the attendee to meet Retail Food Code 2-102.12 (A) Certified Food Protection Manager. This course is lead by San Juan Basin Public Health Environmental Health Specialist (restaurant inspector) Ace Else, who has worked in the restaurant industry for 17 years. This class is held in the La Plata County Fairgrounds in the Pine room. Please order the ServSafe Manager book and test booklet from Servsafe.com as soon as you are able to ensure the book arrives with enough time for you to review it. Cost of this class is $120 and must be paid to San Juan Basin Public Health prior to the start of the class.
