One day ServSafe Manager training and exam lead by a SJBPH restaurant inspector.
Passing this test will allow the attendee to meet Retail Food Code 2-102.12 (A) Certified Food Protection Manager.
This course is lead by San Juan Basin Public Health Environmental Health Specialist (restaurant inspector) Ace Else, who has worked in the restaurant industry for 17 years.
This class is held in the La Plata County Fairgrounds in the Pine room.
