BEYOND Pilates has partnered with Brides of North Texas to share with you the best way to get healthy and fit for your big day! Special bridal rates will be available day of event. This will be a 45-minute, full-body Pilates reformer workout taught by BEYOND's highly certified & motivating instructors. BEYOND's signature class is a fun Pilates hybrid workout mixing legendary fitness techniques with beat dropping music all performed on our customized reformers. First timer? No worries! This class is for all levels, beginner through advanced. *Grips socks will be required to take class.
