Boiler firing inconsistently and faucet leak

I have a 3 unit building with a boiler that seems to be firing inconsistently. It also has a joint at the pump that needs repairing anyways. I'd like both looked into. In case a 3rd issue I have is in your wheelhouse, the bathtub faucet has a slight leak under the faucet that looks like an easy fix. Here is a to a video of the leak. Note pics of the boiler are in the listing. The building is vacant, but we would like to get someone to look at it asap...tomorrow would be ideal. I am out of town on the 25th, but can have someone meet if needed. Please provide company name, contact info, and website. I am aware cost will depend on what is found in person, but any estimate based on experience and the pictures would be helpful. If there is a cost of inspection definitely include that as well, as that will be a significant factor. Thank you.
