About the speakers Tina Jazinski—Goosehead Insurance Tina is the Owner/Broker of a Goosehead Insurance franchise in San Luis Obispo. Tina believes that having the right insurance program is paramount in maintaining one’s financial health, both personally and professionally. She provides a compassionate education to guide her clients towards the proper risk management and asset protection strategies. Tina also has a long history in the legal field. In 1994, she completed the Paralegal Program at Sawyer College of Ventura. She worked in various insurance-defense and real estate law firms for over 18 years. Those experiences are the foundation on which she has built skills to help others manage risk effectively. Carol Ramirez, CLA LDA Carol is the CEO and owner of In Trust Legal, Inc. She is a Certified Legal Assistant and Registered Legal Document Assistant with 40 years of experience preparing estate planning and probate documents for her clients. Carol is a frequently guest speaker throughout the Central Coast, including such firms as the Central Coast Escrow Association, Keller Williams Real Estate Associates, Chumash Retirement Community, Bankers Life Insurance Company, ION Financial Services, and many others. She is an experienced educator on probate-avoidance methods, helping people ensure their estate is transferred to loved ones quickly, easily, and affordably without incurring expensive court procedures. Sarah Santana Sarah has devoted her career to making a financial impact, with over 23 years of experience coaching clients through investment and economic landscapes. Her passion for helping families understand investment, taxes, & balancing a budget drove her to develop Santana Wealth Management. Sarah grew up in poverty; when she was 18, she found herself homeless. She slept in her car for months, worked three jobs, and kept her homelessness a secret. Today Sarah has no problem talking about it since it was the catalyst that forced her to become financially savvy. Sarah is a Central Coast native and a Cal Poly Graduate. She has served as past Public Policy Director for the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Central Coast Chapter. Other organizations Sarah has supported are SLO LAF, Alzheimer’s Association, & The Morro Bay Chamber. But if you ask her, her two most significant accomplishments are Noah & Isabella, ages 16 and 13. Sarah lives and works in San Luis County with multiple office locations to serve you. NAWBO Central Coast California is a local chapter of a national organization, dedicated to helping women business owners succeed.
