I have three following items that needy to be either done or finished. Put up 3 panels boards on 1 upstairs wall. Finish applying 2 pieces of facia board and 6 half pieces of facia board on wall. Trim out the the upstairs opening with cedar plank (2 pieces) Wainscot bathroom with reclaimed cedar wood and make landing for top (all material is finished and ready to go) Install 2 very small interior walls with cedar plank (not tongue and groove) hang 2 poles and rods on facia board as per spec. Trim out door opening. For a qualified trim man this is 3-4 hours work for 2 guys 2-3 hours at most I aim paying $130 for this job. LOTS more work if you get this done for me fast and right. I would like to start and finish tonight -- $20 Bonus for finishing this job before sunrise.
