The team at Dish is bringing wine and food from South America for the first wine dinner of '22! Happy 2022! This months wine dinner will feature food and wine from South America! This is our yearly nod to our southern neighbors and we can't wait to spend an evening celebrating the amazing food and wine that South America inspires. Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel AT LEAST 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending. **If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are. Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $110 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event (single reservations will be grouped together unless otherwise noted) please email [email protected]. Due to the complexity of these dinners, substitutions can not be accommodated. Roger Goulart Sparkling Rose 2nd Course: Green chile and provoleta empanada with pickled squash relish, ‘nduja-avocado aioli, and cilantro oil. Clos de Luz MASSAL 1945 Carmenere 2018 3rd Course: Pan seared Chilean sea bass with roasted clementine and chorizo vinaigrette, gigante bean purtumute, popcorn dust, and crispy chorizo. Nencias Family Selection Malbec 2012 4th Course: Char grilled coulotte, 6 hour roasted tomato, roasted garlic and reggianito puree, smashed fingerlings, and classic chimichurri.
