Learn how to create beautiful nature prints at 1440 Multiversity while sipping on a warming beverage from the 1440 Lodge Cafe. Let your energy, discovery and creativity flourish on the 1440 campus as you find inspiration in mindful art practices. New 1440 Creative Expression classes are held on select Saturdays and invite you to participate in a hands-on workshop such as printmaking, vision-boarding or art journaling while sipping on a warming beverage from our Lodge Cafe. About this Saturday's Class: Printmaking This hands-on class will introduce you to the simple and elegant printmaking process. Words and images of master artists will guide your exploration of landscape as personal expression and connection to the world around us. Learn to plan and draw images or patterns, carve a relief image, and hand-print your design using simple tools. This is a mindful and fun way to tap into your creativity and start experimenting with the beautiful medium of printmaking. No prior experience necessary.
