Our ancestors knew that sitting in the presence of fire was essential for their well-being. Fire transforms and renews us. Come join us! It is important to feed and tend the fire within, especially in Wintertime. This need is amplified as we are all still trying to navigate the pandemia, as it is called in Mexico. The sand shifts beneath our feet as we try to orient. We long for connection. We need a place to be witnessed and to bear witness. And we need a place where we can experience resilience and find some peace in our hearts so that we can return to our homes, our relationships, our jobs, and our communities renewed... filled with hope and purpose. Sitting in the presence of sacred fire rekindles that flame within you. We invite you to experience this powerful medicine. Please arrive at 5:30 PM to prepare our Hearth. We invite you to participate by stacking wood, gathering kindling, arranging chairs, etc. Fire begins at 6 PM PRE-REGISTRATION THROUGH EVENTBRITE REQUIRED As a courtesy to those on the waitlist, if you need to cancel your seat, PLEASE DO SO NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE FIRE.
