Sakimoto will be ringing in the new year with an exclusive reservation only event starting at 9pm New Years Eve! Walnut Creek's hottest new Sushi Restaurant and Lounge is located in the heart of Broadway Plaza at the corner of South Main and Broadway Plaza. Offering a New York style dining experience, diners will love the trendy feel of a big city nightlife experience, complete with themed environment, large screen projection, upbeat music, all while enjoying world renowned food from our staff of seasoned chefs. The Event$125 ticket price is credit toward the minimum spend on food and drinks (tax and gratuities not included). We will be serving dinner menu items until 10:30pm, and drinks and cocktails until the NYE Ball drops on our huge 40' projection walls! Due to the exclusive nature of this event, and the limited seating available, all tickets and pre-paid reservations are non-refundable. About Sakimoto Sushi Lounge Sakimoto Sushi Lounge is an upscale Japanese Sushi and Steakhouse Restaurant, featuring Chef Kichul Jung. At a very young age, Chef Jung walked the fish markets, with the aspiration of becoming an elite sushi chef. The menu the chef has created for Sakimoto represents this, and will offer guests a creative and seasonal menu featuring premium ingredients sourced locally as well as imported from Japan. He is bringing some of his family recipes, and inspirations from chefs like World-Renowned sushi Chef Masa Takayamahe and Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, to Sakimoto. All of Sakimoto’s sushi and plate options will be meticulously prepared and served in a welcoming and fine dining environment. Through its unique and thoughtful food offerings, and it’s zen like, Japanese Garden ambiance, Sakimoto strives to provide all guests with a memorable dining experience. A list of sake and craft cocktails curated by the Sakimoto team round out the dining experience. The Broadway Club event center features a talented collection of performing artists, DJ's, bands, and more.
