Want to buy or adopt small dog

I live in Longview Texas. I am a senior citizen and a widow. I can pay up to $150 adoption fee for a dog less than 4 yrs old and less than 12 lbs. I need a tiny dog as I have mobility problems. A puppy is fine as long as it stays little when it is grown. I lost my fur baby 6 months ago and I need another companion to love. I promise it will receive the best of care and tons of love.
