La'Vista Jones - Speaker La’Vista Jones is the founder and CEO of 31 Marketplace, an agency committed to helping women cultivate their own culture of work-life balance by leveraging systems and self-care. As a burnout survivor and recovering overfunctioner, she knows firsthand that the path to success does not have to include subscribing to hustle culture, exhaustion and overbooked schedules. On a mission to promote burnout prevention, La’Vista is a professional speaker and host of the B.O.S.S.™ Talk podcast, where she and her guests speak candidly about the challenges and shifts needed to build sustainable and self-nurturing businesses. Mel Shipman - Speaker Mel Shipman is a Certified Life Purpose Coach & Mindset Coach. With over seven years of experience, she specializes in helping women leaders and entrepreneurs achieve their goals by shifting their mindsets and self-limiting beliefs. Triumph.” as seen on Amazon Prime, Mel empowers others to release the pain of their past and embody the freedom of their future. Recently named a wikiHow Expert for life coaching, Mel offers guidance and practical tips to help solve some of your toughest life questions. Through her Life & Ladle brand, Mel works to help people become the fullest expression of who they are. When she’s not working, Mel is in the kitchen with her two awesome children, Elijah and Eliana. Sheila Arrington - Speaker Sheila Arrington is a licensed and ordained minister. The founder of Sheila Arrington Ministries Inc. 501C3 Nonprofit. Sheila helps women to receive God’s healing, move beyond unmet dreams, heal from common heart wounds, and setbacks that have interrupted God’s plans. She supports women through intentional and practical biblical principles. Sheila exhorts women to set their course and pursue purpose and destiny. Evelyn Sprattlin - MC/Speaker Evelyn is the Director of Christian Education at Faith Christian Center Church in Phoenix, AZ. She is also part of the Ministry Team at Faith Christian Center. In 2011, Evelyn, became the president and founder of Leadership Excellence Development Academy (LEDA), an organization on a mission to catapult current and future leaders to unprecedented levels of excellence and impact in every area of society by transforming the way leaders think and lead. Evelyn is a certified teacher, speaker, and coach. Her 30+ years of experience includes a role as a division vice president at one of the nation’s largest universities, being a keynote speaker and teacher at various public and private organizations in educational, business, and religious forums. My passion is to help entrepreneurs with big dreams to cultivate their purpose and make an exceptional impact on the greatest amount of people. I’m dedicated to inspiring them to break through their personal and professional barriers in order to uncover their potential with clarity and direction. I support them in taking ownership of their success while learning, growing, and developing their life and business into what they desire them to be.
