Semi-skilled maintenance worker needed

We are a property management firm in Santa Clara. We service approximately 40 properties consisting of about 110 units. Nearly 90% of those units are residential (apartments, homes, duplexes, townhouses, etc...). We are looking for a dependable maintenance employee who has basic repair skills who will be assigned to our primary maintenance man who has over 15 years of experience with our firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to build their skills in apartment and building maintenance by learning from a well-seasoned, highly skilled maintenance person. The starting rate will be anywhere from $20 to $24 per hour with paid holidays. You will be a 1099 contractor and based on approved hours worked, will be paid every other week.
