Description

From the City of Dunedin: December 23, 2021 Director of Public Works Paul Stanek said residents and businesses will notice a gradual reduction in the hardness of their water as the water in the City's pipes is flushed through. Although the plant is producing softer water now that the Reverse Osmosis (RO) process has been repaired, the water plant is not yet at full capacity. The City is still asking residents to do their best to conserve water. Dunedin's Water Treatment Plant was damaged by a fire on September 30th. Long-term restoration efforts will continue to restore the plant to pre-fire conditions. This press release was produced by the City of Dunedin. The views expressed here are the author's own.
