This is a 6-hour class for first-time home buyers. This is an in-person class. We are a HUD approved counseling agency. This 6-hour course is designed to help you better understand the home buying process, the financial responsibilities of homeownership, and basic home care and maintenance techniques to maintain the value of your home and save money on repairs. This course is open to all participants, from individuals just beginning to those further along in the process. Completion of this course fulfills the homeownership education requirement for the SHIP and Rural Development programs.
