Change my popped tire tube on my bike

I have a road bike with 26 inch tires and I must have ridden over a nail or glass or something. I want someone to come to my location at zip code 98134, check the tire for anything sharp, and put in a new tube (I would want the person to buy the new tube and bring it with them). I can pay extra if you are a mobile bike repair person and you can put in kevlar inserts between the tube and tires to prevent future flats (this is my sixth popped tire tube in the last seven months).
