CLINTON - A Clinton resident is $103,261 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Wallingford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 21, Arthur Novarro Jr., of Clinton, purchased a FAST PLAY - $5 MONEY VAULT PROGRESSIVE ticket from Gello Bros. Incorporated in Wallingford and won $103,261.
