Concrete wall person needed

I need someone to construct a small concrete wall. The bottom needs to be solid concrete, but above grade you can use concrete blocks. Needs to attach to existing concrete wall. Looking at the photo, I need a concrete wall in place of the OSB board. Please contact me if you are interested and have the skills to do this. Job is in Davis.
