ISO Bird In Need Of Home

Description

We are looking to add a feathered companion to our home in January and would like to adopt a parrot in need of a home instead of purchasing a baby from a breeder. We do not want to buy a bird or support flipping, so "rehoming" fees similar to sale prices or baby birds will not be considered. Our oldest is 16 and will be the primary caregiver for the bird. She has parrot experience and has both owned her own and cared for friends' birds, ranging in size from budgies to large conures. She is comfortable handling parrots of most sizes. The largest cage we have a space for is 32", so large macaws and cockatoos are not an option for us. We are looking to spend 300 or less on the rehoming fee, but can go up to 500 if cage and supplies are included. We are looking for one parrot to provide a forever home to, unfortunately, pairs are not an option for us. We are not picky about species, tameness, or whether the bird plucks but cannot bring the bird home until January. If you think we might be a good fit for the bird you need to rehome, email us! Please provide some basic info on your bird such as species, personality, etc, as well as pics if possible. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!
