FREEHOLD, NJ — The Route 33 bridge over Conrail railroad in Freehold is closed for emergency structure repairs, New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) announced. The bridge is located between Valero and Weaser's Ices and will be closed for about three days, according to officials. During that time there will the following detours in place: Drivers wishing to continue on Route 33B should continue on Route 33B to Halls Mill RoadTurn right onto Halls Mill RoadTake the ramp to Route 33 westboundTurn right onto Route 79N/South StreetTurn right onto Route 33BMessage signs will be used to provide advance notification to drivers.
