2nd story addition plus finished attic. total gut and remodel of existing house. looking for licensed plumber to pull permit, design system and install all new plumbing for 5 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 gas water heaters Looking for licensed HVAC technician to design 2 zone system, pull permit and install 2 compressors outside, one gas furnace in basement and one gas furnace in attic. install all ducts for a complete system. I have architectural drawings and should have building permit by end of January.
