Hello! We are a smaller, friendly HVAC company looking for skilled labor - part time or full time. On the commercial side we need an experienced sheet metal worker to install ductwork, kitchen ventilation hoods, make up air units, gas piping and more. We are usually working on 10 restaurants and other commercial spaces at any given time, plus residential investor remodels needing new ductwork and HVAC systems. The commercial side will work with direction from our 35 year commercial air specialist, no sales required unless desired. We need a lead installer and apprentice to work with them on both residential and commercial projects. Pay is negotiable based upon your experience and any competency cards or licenses obtained. We work throughout the Twin Cities on a wide variety of different projects to keep your days exciting - not doing the same thing over and over each week. On the residential side we work with both homeowners and investors. This includes furnace & air conditioner installation, ductwork installation, boiler to forced air conversions, mini split AC systems, new construction and more. On the commercial side - we specialize in restaurants and commercial kitchens, ventilation hoods, make up air, rooftop units, and problem solving for specialized HVAC applications. To a lesser extent the work can include apartment buildings, new construction, office, and warehouse spaces. Commercial Responsibilities Include: Skilled sheet metal worker - competency cards and any certifications are a plus Commercial field installer Must have valid driver's license Kitchen ventilation hood installation, ductwork, sheet metal (with help and direction from someone with 35 years of experience as needed) Gas expertise is a plus Refrigeration or welding is a plus Owning your own tools is a plus - but they can also be provided Residential Responsibilities Include: Field installation of furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork as needed At least 2 years of installation experience Must have valid driver's license Apprentice or Journeyman comp cards are a plus Experience with ductless mini-split installations is a plus Selling is optional Growth opportunities available Thanks, please call or message us to discuss your skills and opportunities!
