Everyone meet Ramsay. He is a 1.5yr old, spunky German Shepherd/Husky mix. We are looking to find a better fit for him. He’s crazy intelligent and pretty laid back. Knows how to sit, shake, high five, roll over and spin but he is not leash trained. We’ve had him since he was 5 weeks old but our home dynamic just isn’t working for him. We are looking for a home with no kids or older kids (teenage) because he can get jealous and has a tendency to bite. We have three kids, youngest is 8 and have another dog as well. He plays ok with other dogs but can play aggressively if he’s jealous. We believe he needs to be top dog (only dog) in the home and we’ve never tested him with cats but If I were to guess I’d say no. He loves to play fetch and I feel like he’d be a great outdoorsy dog for hikes if he was leash trained or better yet off the leash. Car rides are one of his favorite things! He is kennel trained. He sleeps and eats in his kennel but otherwise is outside or in the house. We have trained him to ring bells that hang from the door handle if he wants to go outside. He’s a sassy one (I’m thinking his name fits him perfectly 🤣) and sometimes refuses to come inside the house when we call him. He is a chewer but I feel like it’s more out of boredom. He’s up to date on all shots and is fixed. Please let me know if you have any questions. Really wanna find a good fit. Located in Round Rock.
