Task is to remove all of the old siding (7 sections - see drawing), inspect studs and bottom plate, put up new stucco over existing studs/insulation. 1,030 sq ft total. Detailed drawings/measurements available by email PDF file. Requirements: 1. Must have proof of workman's comp or other guarantee that homeowner not liable if anyone on work crew gets hurt. 2. Must have proof of stucco on wood frame house experience. E-mail only for 1st contact, phone/text afterward. Homeowner is social-distance/covid conscious.
