Hello! I found a seemingly stolen backpack at Essex park in SE Portland this morning. There is a book and a notebook, some pens and other various things. If this is yours please let me know. I will ask you a few questions about the color of the backpack and such to make sure it’s yours. I would love to get it back to the owner! Thank you!
