ABRA Omaha is growing and looking for someone to oversee our technical staff. The main goal of our production manager is to coordinate the work coming in the door from the CSM’s to and through the technical staff. Keeping vehicles busy and positively pushing them through the shop to get the best quality repairs along with excellent cycle time. This role will require strong engagement from this individual. You will need to build a relationship with all the technical staff so they will be following your lead. Qualified individuals would have 3-5 years of experience in automotive collision repair or similar, be reliable, work with a sense of urgency, trustworthy, capable of managing 10+ people, excellent people skills, organized, and must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
