Description

Scope: The scope is to a facility in Tulsa, OK and complete a JotForm survey which will ask some basic questions. The questions will ask to collect information on the existing breast-feeding locations as well as some questions about where to place new breast-feeding pods. Duration: About 2 hours on site Fee: $350 all-in (no extra travel reimbursement) Requirements: Smart phone with camera and internet access, Tape Measurer, Dress professionally, Face masks Location: to be distributed after first contact but it is in Tulsa, OK Schedule: sometime late Dec or early Jan, anytime from 9-4 Please email us if you are interested with your name and number and we will contact you.
