Full Time Maintenace Tech needed for 3 small apartment complexes and 8 rental houses (150 total units).
Primary duties include groundskeeping, make-ready's, and work orders. We would like to hire someone who has their own tools, transportation, and shows a personal commitment to doing their best. Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance which averages about 10hrs a month. Preference will be given to those skilled in plumbing, electrical, drywall, texture, and paint. If you prefer a small family atmosphere and take pride in your work, we would like to meet you. Please call or come by Willow Run Condos Monday through Wednesday.
