looking for drummer w/own rehearsal space

I’m a singer/guitarist looking for a Nassau County based drummer who has their own rehearsal space. We’d be working on a lot of alt. rock type covers from the 90’s to early 00’s and mix in some late 60’s to early 70’s rock as well. I already have a bunch of gigs lined up once we get a set list down. My plan is to get together once a week for rehearsals.
